How I look after the personal details you share through this website.
Who I am
This website belongs to Denise Aquilina, a self-employed audiologist trading as Widna Hearing in Malta. I am responsible for the personal data described here. You can contact me at widna.services@gmail.com or on +356 7942 7821.
What I collect
- Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, your message and, for workplace enquiries, your company name, number of staff and type of work.
- Review form: your first name, town, rating and review.
Please don't include detailed medical information in a form. We can talk about your hearing in person.
Why I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange appointments or workplace screening.
- To show your review on this website, if you agreed to it.
Enquiry details are used only to reply to you. A review is shown on the website only if you tick the box on the review form. I never sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who else sees it
Form messages are delivered to my email through Web3Forms, a form service that processes them on my behalf, and are stored in my Gmail account (Google). Nobody else receives your details unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries only as long as needed to reply and arrange your care. Reviews stay on the website until you ask me to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing widna.services@gmail.com. You also have the right to contact the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta about how your data is handled.
